Alice felt bad for him, she knew that she wasn't exactly blameless in the facts that he had lost his job and then without thinking about it much because she knew if she did she would whip the thought out of her head she nudged him with her elbow by his sides to bring his attention back to her from the asphalt.

She just spat it out and then watched with fascination as his eyes , as green as emerald with this warm crystal glow as the sun hit it and it reflected the shock.

She Just shrugged his reaction was almost child like but not in an annoying way that made her want to instantly smack him over the head.
