CHAPTER ELEVEN

Rory approaches me and stands next to me. He greets you with a kind "hello" and a slightly seductive tone.

Uncomfortably, I offer a grin. “Hello.”

As he mutters softly in Scottish, his powerful palm flicks a strand of my hair away from my face.

My body tensely stiffens. Why ask that question if you don't have to get up early. As fear grows within me, I wonder.
