55 WHO IS MY PAPA?

The following morning when I woke up, my cheeks were swollen, and my body hurt. The bruises on my body haven't healed yet, and I couldn't see Nathan until the bruises were gone. I missed my son. He is the only one who gives me the strength to keep living. Especially now that I found out that Zachary is already dead, I'm still hoping that we could see each other again once I get away from Dylan, and he will forgive me when he knows about Nathan, but all that hope vanished last night.

I strengthened on my bed when the lock clicked open, and Alena stepped inside. She looked at me sadly when she saw the bruises on my face. I hate this woman. She saw what Dylan was doing to us, but she didn't do anything to help us but just looked the other way. She placed a tray of food on my bedside table and then left.

After a few minutes, she came back with an ice pack. She placed it beside the tray of food and went out of the door again.
