CHAPTER 23

She stared at him in confusion with a raised eyebrow. “What are you talking about?” Nora asked him in confusion.

He chuckled lightly as he looked towards her with a raised eyebrow. “No, the question is what are you doing. I have been passing here for the last hour and you have been still as a leaf and haven't moved at all.” He said matter of factly.

“So you have been calling me?” She asked and she watched as he shook his head at her with a sigh before making his way over others and taking a seat beside her.

“No, actually I have been taking a break from all the drama going on in there. That isn't a circus that you want to get yourself involved in.” He said to her and she watched as he shivered lightly. She wanted to ask him to explain further what he learnt but she refrained herself from doing so.

“You know that the Alpha and that crazy woman are in there. She is having some complications but she is stable now and she has been screaming everybody's heads off ever since she piled up.”
