Monica called me later in the day. I had stored her number in my phone contact. She felt like greeting me. I appreciated her earnestly but was still conscious of warnings to be careful. I guessed I was a little bit tense. Is like she sensed something is wrong, because she said, “hope you are Okay, Jennifer?” “Very much okay, Monica, thank you for your care.” I had said to her.
I was wondering why she refused to mention Demola’s refusal to drop her at the junction. Is she pretending or is she sincere? I find it difficult to access her and I wondered why. After Demola left remorseful, I came back weeping. I felt depressed.
