Noticing Juliet

Luca POV.

I wake up feeling so exhausted. I don't feel like going to work today. Likewise, I looked at my cell phone and only one hour remained to prepare myself. I feel so weak and dull. The heartbreak that Ella gave me was so terrible. I miss her and I want to text her so badly.

These five years that I have spent with her. I texted her every single morning. Today, I struggle not to text her, since we don't have anything going on between us anymore. She had made it so clear to me that she no longer needs me in her life and that is what I am going to do, to stay as far away from her.

I prepare myself in a very slow manner. I decided to eat at the restaurant since time was not on my side anymore. I check myself in the mirror before leaving. My eyes were swollen. Clearly someone could notice I had a terrible night.
