Eve almost laughed when Lucas presented to himself that he will let her have the master’s bedroom. And that he will use the guest room since there were only two rooms in the house. Simon may have really believed they’re moving in as a ‘couple’ that he really got a room with just a single room.

Lucas glanced at her, pausing from heading to the guest room. there was a smile on his lips.

“Don’t worry. I can break any door’s lock if ever I miss you.”

She sneered at him. like how can he expect him to stop flirting with her and stop making those dirty little thoughts?

Marching towards her room, Eve slammed the door. His chuckles filled the entire house.

Lucas was still fixing the things they bought, some new clothes, personal essentials and others. He discovered there wasn’t a bathroom in the guestroom and it made him grin. This only means he will share the bathroom with Eve.

He picked the paper bag where his toothbrush, razor and soap were still packed. Yet,
