Chapter 26- What if?

Rachel knocked on her boss's office door, her heart pounding in her chest. She knew that confronting her boss was a risky move, considering he was the CEO of the company. However, she couldn't let his recent behavior go unchecked. She needed to address the issue directly and assert herself.

Her boss looked up from his desk, surprise flickering across his face when he saw Rachel standing there. "Rachel, what can I do for you?" he asked, his voice tinged with a hint of curiosity.
