BREAKUP ACCIDENT

Scott reached towards his laptop and collected the flash drive at the side of his laptop. He dropped the flash drive in front of Jennifer.

“I need you to print out every document on that flash drive. Make two copies of each document. After you are done, bring everything back to my office,” he said.

“OK sir,” she replied as she collected the flash drive and walked out of his office.

Scott placed one hand on his chin.

Why did Eva leave my office like that? She sounds disturbed, I think I should give her a call to see what’s up, he thought.

He brought out his cellphone from his drawer and dialed Eva’s number. The phone rang, but she didn’t pick up. He tried calling her again, but she still didn’t pick up.

Why isn’t she answering my calls? He thought. He kept the cellphone back in his drawer.
