*PHOEBE’S POV*(Five years later……….) “Congratulations on your achievement,” High Alpha Vance extended a firm handshake. “Under your leadership, your warriors have managed to take down Barabbas. The council is well pleased. He has been a menace even to the Vampire King.” “Thank you,” Hudson accepts the handshake, “We could not sit by knowing that our people were being imprisoned by him for entertainment purposes.” It took five years to finally gather enough proof to have the nefarious vampire Barabbas Lorcan apprehended by the Supernatural Triad Council. Hudson was relentless to bring down the influential Vampire after his involvement with Charles. Once the investigations began, we discovered that he incarcerated both witches and werewolves for a survival game called The Weak is Bleak, which was designed for entertainment with his wealthy Vampire friends. It was held on one of his massive properties where huge bets were placed on estimating how bad or well a player would perform.

Dear Valued Readers, The next chapters are a sequel of Alpha Hudson and Luna Phoebe's son - Alpha Heron and his story. Here's a preview of what to anticipate. The prologue shows what happened to Heron when he was sixteen years old. Then the first chapter is two years later when he meets his mate.
