I promised myself that I wouldn’t want to see her get hurt. I said I was going to protect her.

I had already sniffed a handful before now and my head was hurting.Fuck! I shouldn’t be doing this. I already gave up on this kind of life. Sniffing coke wasn’t my style except during times of distress, I take it to feel good.The evening was chilly and my apartment was silent.
