27. Three Way Plan

Cassian hasn’t said a word to us since we left the island. He’s been on calls with various people to find out what exactly happened to Cleo and how she passed away. Apparently she left a note before doing it, but nothing can convince me that Cassandra didn’t have anything to do with it.

Cleo didn’t seem like the type to do something like this. Yes, she was terrified of her sister, but she wouldn’t just kill herself…right?

No, I don’t know enough about this but from what I can recall, the only one who looked upset at the banquet the other night was Cassandra.

But if she had a part to play in Cleo’s death, why did she do it? Could she have found out Cleo told me about what they did to make Aeloria kill herself? Did she see Cleo as a means to an end? Then again, Cassandra killed Cleo's mate when she told him about what they did, so anything is possible!
