74. Blessed, Three Times Over

Victory doesn’t always roar; sometimes, it sighs. As I stand in the ancient cavern, there’s a quiet hush that surrounds me, as if the very stones acknowledge the battles fought and won. The walls, etched with markings and glyphs from times long past, seem to shimmer softly, bathed in the celestial light that Elara emanates.

According to her, the Goddess wants to bestow another spirit on me, amongst other things. But for the latter, I need to go to the realm where The Keeper dwells.

“Close your eyes, Reyna,” she advises gently. “The Moon Goddess has another blessing for you.”

Doing as she asks, I feel an indescribable shift within me—a transformation that occurs not in the space around me, but deep within the hidden recesses of my soul.

When I open my eyes, I’m no longer in the cavern. I stand in a place that’s as timeless as it is beautiful. Before me is the Keeper, a figure swathed in enigma yet emanating an unmistakable air of wisdom.
