"This is the best news I have read in weeks," I tell Zara over the table at lunch.
CJ's plan to capture Madeline worked. I recorded her confessing to everything on the phone. It's weird how Madeline spilled all the beans. With the help of CJ's lawyers, Madeline, her dad and Phoebe, CJ's publicist, were all arrested for fraud and attempted theft. They are all currently awaiting sentencing. All because of a phone's recording!
CJ and I were so happy we couldn't believe it. We didn't think it would be that easy but Madeline made it easy.
It's been a week since I was discharged from hospital. And I still can't believe the media hasn't let go of the CJ drama.
