Seven

It's my first day at work.

I'm excited to have gotten this job but at the same time scared to the core that my ex is my fucking boss. And he HATES me. He's sworn to unleash hell on earth.

I just hope he's professional and doesn't unleash that hell on me at work. Because I really need this job. I really need that cash for survival. So I hope this will be a conducive environment for me to work in.

I'm earlier than usual on my first day.

A young pretty woman in a green jumpsuit looks me up and down and says,

"Follow me."

I follow her to the corner of the hallway where she opens the door and points with a right hand,

"This is your office."

Fuck!

The room is dark, dirty, dusty and untidy.

The files are scattered everywhere on the dusty desk, the curtains have not been drawn and they look really dirty. In short, this office is filthy.

And I know who is behind this.
