Part2.3: The Return

LUNCH break when Clement arrives at Seven Restaurant. He smiled at Helen, Dylan, Paul, Wendy and Ryan greeted him when they met. Except for Ynaria who didn't seem to be able to look directly at him and neither greeting was there. Clement couldn't help but wonder at the girl's actions, as if he had done something to the girl to make her act like that.

Clement stopped opposite the door of Trist's office. It took a deep breath before turning the door knob and rudely entered.

"I didn't even notice so I could prepare." Turning away Trist said. It was muddy as it stood in front of the window.

"You really know me even with your back turned," Clement laughed as he leaned over Trist and looked at the sky. "Looks like good weather today ah!" Added comments on it.

"Maybe it's good if I put a second floor and then put a veranda, what do you think?" Trist's suggestion.

"I think you're right." Clement agrees.

"But I'm not in the place to fix Seven Restaurant." Trist said a meaningful reason for Clement to stop.

A moment of silence prevailed between Trist and Clement when Trist broke it. "How's your investigation?" It changes the subject.

"Confirmed," Clement replied seriously. He took a USB from his pocket and handed it to Trist who seemed hesitant to accept the item, but in the end Trist just accepted it. "All the survivors are from Chris, Simon and Samuel. All the information is on the USB." Clement's promise.

"Why are you giving me this thing?" Trist asked.

"For you know." Clement's short reply.

"Looks like I don't need to, Clement," Trist hinted. "I'm going to do this part to end the game." "Trist.." Clement said worriedly. It seemed to speak up not to do the thing he feared. "I'm your best friend. Let George and Fackly--"

Clement couldn't continue what he was going to say when Trist's word greeted him. "You must understand my decision, Clement!" Raising its voice. Strong and enlightening.

Clement was stunned for a moment when he sighed when he realized what Trist wanted to hint at him. "I'm going back to work." Clement said a few words.

"Later we'll have a gimmick. Come along." Trist's offer.

"You can count on it," Clement replied. "Just give it back to me when you're done checking." This refers to the USB it gave to Trist.

"Don't worry, it's just borrowed." Trist said with a smile.

"See you later!" Clement said goodbye before he left Trist's office. It even stopped when he saw Ynaria mopping tiles with a mop.

Clement approached Ynaria causing the girl to startle him and bow. "I'll do it." Clement unconditionally helps Ynaria.

"M-Manager Clement--"

"You weren't like that, before." Clement said calmly.

Ynaria looked up. "This is not the time to talk about that thing." Ynaria had no emotional response.

"All right, I'll give it to you now. But later don't let me run away." Clement's last words before turning his back on Ynaria.

TIME of their restaurant closing. All of Trist’s employees are outside. Those willing to chat at the bar. But here is Trist, in the comfort room and facing the mirror. Seems nervous as anything that can be done. Against his will but it had to sacrifice just to finish what they promised each other. He couldn't wait for Clement to get ahead of him, he had to stay behind. And he wanted Clement to end the game they started.

"Forgive me, Clement." Trist said sadly to himself while still facing the mirror.

Trist adjusted his clothes before leaving the comfort room and finally leaving the restaurant.

"You're going to close the restaurant." Trist ordered Dylan and Ryan who immediately obeyed.

"Oh, how complete are we. Let's go!" Helen's enthusiastic offer.

And because only Trist and Clement have a car. They were divided into two groups. Trist was in the car with Wendy, Ryan and Paul. Ynaria, Helen and Dylan boarded Clement's car. When they arrived at the Polaris Bar, they immediately went to the VIP room to start their failed party. Trist spent all the wine and honey, but they all shared the fee for the VIP room.

They had been drinking, talking and having fun for more than an hour and a half when Dylan said goodbye to the comfort room. It was staggering to walk so Ryan supported it followed by Paul. Both Dylan and Helen drank heavily, so they were immediately diagnosed with intoxication. Wendy, Ryan, Paul and Clement just balance their drinking. While Ynaria and Trist, they don't drink much, just a little gulp has been enough for them.

Helen stood up. Its eyes are obviously wide open. "I'll follow them, guys. Case I feel dizzy." Drunk says it. It was about to leave the VIP room when Wendy passed it.

"Women can't be in men's comfort rooms." Wendy's sensible reminder.

Helen did nothing but return to her seat. Meanwhile, Ynaria was about to stand up to help Helen when Clement stopped her next to her. Ynaria swallowed and turned to Clement in shock.

"Let Wendy take care of Helen." Clement was serious.

"S-She's my friend." Ynaria's response.

"Wendy won't let her down."

"But--"

"Please, Ynaria. Don't avoid me." Clement interrupted what Ynaria was going to say, the whisper was enough for the girl to hear the young man's plea as a reason to stop Ynaria. She could hardly breathe and was reluctant to turn to Clement so she decided to look in another direction so as not to notice that she felt anything for the young man.

On the other hand, Trist just silently watched Ynaria and Clement. There is a chance that it gets jealous every time it sees the two together. So sometimes it just goes by drinking alcohol.

"I'm not avoiding you." When Ynaria lied, it was reflected in the way Clement stared at her.

"Really? Why can't you look at me?" Clement said confidently. Its melodious pronunciation can be heard.

Instead of speaking, Ynaria just gulped down alcohol. It even looked in the direction of Dylan, Paul and Ryan who had just entered. Dylan immediately put his arm around Helen as he stood next to his girlfriend, Ryan was just standing behind Wendy while Paul returned to his former seat.

"They're sweet, aren't they?" Clement said with a smile. This refers to the two paired couples.

Annoyed, Ynaria closed her eyes when she heard what Clement said, when she turned to face the young man. "Don't drink anymore." Serious, Ynaria said.

Clement smiled at Ynaria. "And because you care about me. Okay, I won't drink anymore," the young man replied. "I'll just watch you drink." Postscript it says. Obviously there was joy based on its voice.

"You..." Ynaria didn't just continue what she was going to say instead she drank alcohol again.

"Guys," Trist grabbed the attention of its employees. It stood in front of the employees while holding glasses filled with wine. It didn’t fail when it caught the attention of Paul, Ryan, Wendy, Helen, Dylan, Ynaria and Clement. "Don't get too drunk, there's still work for tomorrow." Reminder drone it.

"We're not drinking anymore, Boss Trist!" Paul pretended to be drunk. "They are," it pointed at Helen, Dylan, Ryan, Wendy, Clement and Ynaria. "They've been drunk for a while, and of course me too." He was still laughing at himself.

"Hey, it's none of your business!" Wendy's complaint. She even threw peanuts at Paul in disgust, causing him to run away and make fun of Wendy. "You look like a drunk beggar!" Wendy added.

"I'm even more sober hanging out drunk in the corner." Paul was right. "Boss Trist, maybe we can have a day-off there!" Its a joking request.

Trist nodded first. "Enough of your day-off last month," he replied, causing Paul, Wendy and Dylan to look disappointed. "Don't worry, this month you have a bonus," its employees suddenly shouted with joy, they seemed to be upset because it was very good news but they also fell silent when Trist spoke again. "But.. Clement will take care of that. I will temporarily leave first and leave Seven Restaurant with Clement."

"Where are you going, Boss?" Dylan asked curiously.

"Let's just say, I'm going to take care of something important." Trist's answer was serious.

"Are you going back to Laguna?" Ynaria suddenly asks reason to stop Trist, as well as Clement, Dylan, Helen, Paul, Ryan and Wendy. The atmosphere seemed to be different between them all.

"Wait, at the resort isn't it?" Paul's comment frowned as it broke the silence from between them.

"Trist, what are you going to do there?" Clement said in astonishment.

"Yes, Boss. Don't tell me you're going to dig up the corpses there?" said Helen.

"Why else do we have to cut that thing? Isn't it clear to you that we've finished the mystery that happened to us there? So please, let's forget about the ghost thingy, okay?" Wendy's line. Begging not to talk about what happened to them one month ago.

Trist and Ynaria both looked at each other at Wendy's words. They both know that the souls they encounter at the Santa Demon Resort resonate.

"Listen, guys. So we're here to have fun and forget what happened." Ryan's comment.

"Who can't forget, if there was blood that looked like a lake. And someone was trapped." Paul's teasing.

"Maybe you forgot. I'm not the only one trapped!" Wendy's quick defense. Paul was obviously frustrated. "Ynaria was trapped in the basement, first!"

"Okay, I give up." Paul raised both his hands as if arrested by the police.

Trist held his breath to speak again. "I'm not going there for ghosts. I'll take care of the paperwork so I can sell the resort." Its clarification.

"But.. why would you sell it, Boss?" Ryan asked.

"I'm not going to be useful." Trist's answer was straightforward.

Not all about Trist's employees were able to remain silent when he said the simple word, but it was sad because there was their memory of where something strange happened in that place.

"Won't you change your mind, Boss?" Concern that Paul said.

"Do you still want to go back there?" Trist's manners. Paul shook his head quickly in response.

"What if they come back? And we forgot to do something?" Ynaria suddenly asked. Reason for the silence between them all again.

"Impossible, Ynaria!" Wendy answered quickly. There is a tone of irritation.

"How can we be sure?" Ynaria said seriously. "We don't know how to silence them!"

Wendy annoyed Ynaria. "I don't have that problem anymore, we can't see what you see. As much as you can just keep it to yourself, and please. Don't involve us here, Ynaria." There was an angry tone in Wendy's voice. The seriousness was obvious in its eyes.

"Wendy, I'm not lying." Ynaria's rebuke was true.

"Wait Ynaria," Wendy growled and got up from her seat. "What are you playing here? That we don't have the ability to see ghosts? We didn't ask to have a third eye, and I don't care if anything bad happens to you!"

Ynaria's head heated up at the words Wendy uttered to her so she stood up as well so that they were both equal. Even Clement, Paul, Helen, and Dylan stood up, ready to appease Wendy and Ynaria who had been arguing. Trist, on the other hand, saw in his appearance the frustration of the two employees.

"Am I the one you blame for what happened to you at the resort?" Ynaria answered boldly. "Wendy, remember. We were all victims here and I have nothing to do with what happened to you. That incident was just a coincidence. I don't blame Trist for this even though he is the owner of the resort. He didn't know it was like that our scarcity, you understand!" intensifying Ynaria's drone. "I thought you were patient and you understood everything, but I was wrong."

"So, you want me to apologize to you for what you're saying?" Wendy's sarcastic cross-armed.

"Ynaria, Wendy. Can you stop this?" Trist's disobedience causes both Ynaria and Wendy to be stopped-and it gets everyone's attention back.

"Trist," Clement said, but Trist ignored it instead continuing to speak.

"If I only knew this was going to happen. I hope I didn't agree," Trist said disappointed and shook slightly. "I'll admit, we've all been drinking, but don't get mad. I understand what you're going through in life and whatever we've experienced at the resort. Please, let's just forget the past, shall we?" Its suggestion. "This conversion is over, go home!" Trist's last word before he left the VIP room.

All of Trist's employees were left silent. They are bent over and obviously upset because of the words heard from their Master. A few moments later, Wendy acted first and looked at Ynaria before leaving, followed by her boyfriend Ryan.

"Are you okay?" Clement asked Ynaria worriedly, causing her to answer with a nod.

"I just looked at Wendy for the first time, I'm different from that woman," Paul commented. "It's a good thing I don't talk to him too much." It's still attached.

Ynaria, Clement, Helen and Dylan looked at each other at Paul's words. In a few moments they decided to go home.
