POV Samantha

After an hour or so, I got off the bed and went to the food tray. I sighed trying to decide if I could trust Shimon or not. I finally went with my gut and ate everything but the roll which I threw away in the garbage, wrapped in a couple napkins so no one would notice it. After eating, I took a shower and changed into some leggings and a t - shirt that I found in the dresser.

I had nothing to do after that, so I sat on the desk and watched out the window for a while. I was surprised to see both pack members and rouges walk by. They both seemed to be guarding the house and my window. They glanced my way every one in a while but avoided eye contact. I got the feeling that Alpha Barron had threatened them with a punishment if they interacted with me in any way.
