AT XELA'S PLACE

Xela point of view

"Mr Chopra, w-we will be landing in t-twenty m-minutes," one of my new men stammered.

"What the-" Either he is stammering because he is afraid of being found out or because of my killer aura. That moron!

Nodding, I sipped wine and looked through an important file.

I still felt his presence. I narrowed my eyes at him and glared hard already imagining how to twist his intestines and hang them around his neck.

Something felt wrong. This moron was more interested in my file details. My left eye twitched slightly guessing who he is.

I dragged him by the tie harshly.

"Who are you?"I said in a low hiss, dragging the short silver blade across his face finally stopping it at his trembling lips.

"S-Sir, I am not what you are thinking." Lier. With that, I put some pressure on the blade a little too hard for his comfort.

"How do you know what I am thinking unless you are what I think? Now, you don't want me to cut off your ears and sew them back on, do you?"I snarled at him. The blood from the wounded lip started trailing along the blade, glistening under the bright sun.

The wounds, the injuries, they have a way of igniting fear and boosting their most vulnerable primitive parts. And making people vulnerable is what I have been trained to do since childhood. That is what it takes to be Xela in the army.

His eyes widened before taking a step back and backing straight into Vinod, who already had a gun pointed at the back of his skull.

"Should we send him to torture chamber or put a bullet in his pretty little head?" Vinod asked simply while the little boy was shivering  hearing the words.

Stripping off my jacket, I stared at the guy. He is quite young maybe in his early twenties. How did he even get selected for being a spy?

A better question would be, who the hell cleared him to be a spy for me? Only a fool would do.

"Vinod, how did this fool get this close to me?" I asked, only mildly interested.
