" Hi " I said as I made my way into the library after second period. I always have a free period every Wednesday after second period and I haven't visited the library in weeks so I decided to do so today.
" Hi Betty. How are you ? " Mrs Cooper said" I'm fine and you ? " I asked her with a smile." I'm fine darling. It's nice to see you smile, you look beautiful. " She said and I blushed." Thanks " I said" So you haven't visited the library in a long time. I thought you had moved schools " she said." Yeah I was just really busy with my classes and projects too " I said" Oh that's fine. What do you want to read ? " She asked." Do you have anything new ? " I asked her." Not really except the ones that came in last week. " She said" I'm fine with that too. " I said." ELIZABETH:I'm in a room, I looked around but I couldn't see a thing, it was so dark. I tried to move but I couldn't move my body at all because I was tied up. " Hello !!! " I yelled out but the only thing I heard was my voice, echoing back." Hello !!! " I yelled again louder than before" Is anybody there ?. " I yelled again trying to hard to free my hands " Hello!!. someone is in here, " I yelled and kept trying to free my hands but the rope was too tight for me to even move " Help!!. " I yelled" mum !! " I yelled again " Help me!! " I yelled again and the door bursts open, then suddenly a light switch is flipped and the room is bright now. I look forward at the person who had flipped the switchDadIn his arms was mum, also tied but her mouth wasn't taped just like mine wasn't taped " Elizabeth " she yelled with tears in her eyes and seeing her like that made me cry too

" Good morning " I said with a smile." How do you feel ? " she asked trying to smile." Well I slept well, I feel great " I said and she frowned " Stop it. I don't like that you are trying to act like you don't remember anymore " she said slowly." I don't understand " I said with an odd look" what are you saying ?.. I should be asking you why you cried " I said with a frown." Betty do you really want to keep secrets from me ? " she whispered " Okay now I'm getting annoyed " I said and she stood up from the bed and then walked to the mirror before bringing it to the bed, she handed the mirror over to me" Are you pranking me ? " I said, smiling" Look into the mirror Elizabeth " she said with so much seriousness and I looked into the mirror. the person I saw in the mirror scared the death out of me. my eyes were red and swollen. I had tear lines all over my face. that explains my headache.

" Hey betty " I turn back to see Shawn, his face lit up in a wide grin, I smiled and walked up to him." Shawn " I said " I haven't seen you since Monday and you weren't in school yesterday too. Cole said you called in sick " he said " Yeah I wasn't really feeling okay yesterday " I said" So how do you feel now?. you actually look pale " he said touching my face." I'm fine now don't worry. " I said and then touch his hand " If you want to I can cancel Friday plans so you can rest well " he said frowning " Stop acting like an over protective elder brother, it doesn't suit you. I will see you on Friday night after school. " I said giving him a smile." Okay then. so where are you headed ? " he asked " I'm going to the gym now. I have a class there. " I said and he nodded." " What is making you so happy and don't you look good " Cole said as I sat down during lunch with he and Alex. Yes I'm putting on blue shorts and a black lacey top and no I didn't pick these clothes for myself, the culprit herself is sitting down smiling devilishly" Thanks, you are added to the list of people that told me that today " I said and opened the juice box on my tray." So what happened ? " Alex asked me, a smirk on her face" Well nothing much except my study meeting just turned into a date " I said with a smile, trying my best not to blush." Oh I see Adam finally grew the balls to ask you out " Cole said" What do you mean ? " I asked him" You didn't hear anything from me so just continue your lunch. I'm happy you have a date " he said and Alex glared at him. I stared at the both of them, they are like sly rats, I'm sure they are hiding something." Finally I get to prepare you for two dates " Alex yelled out." Two dates ? " he asked us" Yeah Shawn asked her out too.

ELIZABETH:" So what's your ideal thought of a perfect date ? " Alex asked me as she jumped on the bed, smiling so much her lips could fall off.We left school some hours ago and although I have alot of assignments to be done and submitted next week, I'm actually very happy because it's weekend, meaning no school till Monday, isn't that so great." I don't know, " I said with a shrug. " Come on don't be a spoiler " Alex said giving me a grim look. " I guess watching a movie " I said picking on the chips in front of me." Oh betty you are actually a nerd now that I come to think of it. of all the places to go on a date, you prefer watching a sad movie and chewing on popcorn " she said eyeing me" I never said it was a sad movie " I countered smiling." " I asked him " My dad's restaurant " he said and gave me a smile, his eyes glued to the road. " Okay " I muttered before sitting back on my chair.
