Chapter 14 Another mate

On the second day of the competition things were very similar to the previous day. I didn't have any more matches scheduled, but it was the day when the other two warriors from the Crescent Moon pack faced their opponents. Just as we expected, our fighters passed their opponents without problems, to the delight of the crowd and of beta Morris, who no longer fits in the skin of happiness.

You can say that all his praises have died and he must praise himself to feel fulfilled. He did it well, his training was perfect, his warriors are brilliant. No one disputes that the gain is partial his. Morris is an atypical beta. He is a perfectionist and honestly he really is good at everything he does. He would have been able to participate in the competition if the status of the competition had allowed him.

We are all amused by the state of frenzy he is in. Who could be the right mate for this man obsessed with his job? I don't think that there is someone in this world born to be his mate.
