Chapter Sixty-Two: The Red Thread of Fate

The next day.

Kei is currently driving his way at a certain location, in an early morning.

He keeps on yawning as he wasn't able to sleep well last night because he's so worried about Uncle Onodera.

He is supposed to stay at the hospital today to watch over the old man, but Aunt Francis told him to go home and take a rest... And he didn't have any choice but to follow his advice.

But instead of going straight home, he decided to go to a place that he haven't visited for a very long time.

After a few moments, Kei is now standing infront of a tomb, after putting a bouquet of white lilies. He then offers a solemn prayer...

"How are you, Serena? I'm sorry if I don't visit you often anymore. But you can understand why, right?"

His mind travelled back to the past when Serena was still alive.
