CHAPTER THIRTY-FOURLost In The Forest 1Alarick walked through the dense forest, his eyes scanning the area for any sign of Leanda. He called out her name, but there was no response. The sun was beginning to set, and he knew that they needed to find her soon before it got too dark to see.As he walked, he heard a rustling in the bushes nearby. His heart raced as he drew his sword and cautiously approached the source of the noise. Suddenly, a figure emerged from the foliage, and Alarick breathed a sigh of relief as he saw that it was Morgana."Any luck finding her?" he asked, his voice laced with desperation.Morgana shook her head. "No, but we have to keep looking. She's out here somewhere."Alarick nodded and they continued on, their eyes trained on the ground for any sign of Leanda's tracks. The rustling of leaves and chirping of birds were the only sounds in the air. Alarick kept looking around, trying to recognize any landmark, but everything looked the same.They had been walking through the dense forest for hours, trying to find a way back to the spot where the others were"Are we lost?" Leanda asked, her voice tinged with worry.Alarick smiled reassuringly. "Don't worry, we'll find our way back. Just keep walking."Leanda nodded, taking a deep breath to calm herself. She didn't want to panic, not with Alarick around. She suddenly felt the warmth of his hand in her and squeezed it gently."We will find the way soon," he assured.As they walked, Leanda couldn't help but admire the scenery. The sun was setting and the sky was ablaze with hues of pink and orange. The trees around them were tall and majestic, casting long shadows o
