Chapter 42:

"What happens when your date tells you to go and die?"

Nicole squeezed her nose earnestly, before fixing her eyes away from the airplane window, great, so far for the wonderful sight. Tearing her eyes away, she could see one bulgy looking Lucas seated beside her.

Nicole had counted, talking with Lucas wasn't really a bad thing, in some other way, he wasn't really used to the world, as if maybe he didn't grow on it. Maybe, he was from another planet, but he was amazing, and cool, and always seemed to have her back.

"Did someone tell you that?"

"No." His hands scratched the nape of his neck with his hand, just like men do whenever they were nervous, but he wasn't nervous, he was just.....uncomfortably good looking to be nervous, he adjusted from his seat, taking in another gulp, "We are seated side by side."
