A moment of silence.

"I can't believe you did that." She stared around, tightening the large coat around her shoulders. "You brought me stargazing."

"You said for me to do some nice shit." His gaze stayed fixated on her, he saw the way she tipped her collarbone to look at him, he grew hungry, not for food.

For something better.

"Come." He coughed, his voice indifferent, "Let's go sit there." He pointed at the joined together rocks.

She didn't smile at him, but her expressions were soft. She took his hand and gently he led her over to the rocks. They sat, they stared and finally he said.

"Do you know anything about stars?"

"My cousin, Jeremy, is an expert in stars, I know a thing or two." Her eyes bobbed to the sky.

Together, they sat there. Under the night sky, watching the way the sky toppled its glory, shined in perfection.

It was beautiful.

"Look at that." She chipped in, her face growing brighter, "It's a binary star."
