Chapter 95: All Hail, Ashman

My eyes rolled from one thirsty wolf to another, they were breathing heavily like they would devour me any minute from now. Though they were annoyed, I was honestly angry with them. My eyes speak death and I will rain on them if they don't give me valid reasons for their messy action.

I knew I was at fault, for leaving them without a word or an order but still, they would have maintained orderliness.

"My Lord, forgive us but we have our reasons." Beta Jojen cried out bowing his head on the bare floor with other wolves.

I was highly disappointed in him for the fact that I saw him as elderly and one who has more sense than the rest, but he proved me wrong.

I sighed.

"And if it's not worth it, everyone of you will taste my wrath." I fired at them vividly.

“The reason we did this was as a result of fear. We saw some strange people coming to take over our land, out of fear from being spotted. We decided to runaway.” Beta Stephan said lowering his head to the ground like the others
