The three vampires are aware of Samantha's presence, but pay no heed to her. Their greed is being stimulated with Morgan's rare aromatic blood, driving them nuts and gutsy. They behave as willing to cross the sea of fire and face the God of Death just to get the taste of his blood. Furthermore, she pays no attention to them as well, and it makes them even bolder to prey on him.

Morgan is shoved on the ground by the strong surge of wind, falling on his ass first. That is a painful fall, but he disregards it as his attention is not on the pain trailing on his body, rather to the creatures that are launching an attack towards him.

'Oh no, I'm screwed.' Tears voluntarily roll down from his eyes. Subconsciously, he turns over his shoulder and takes a glance in Samantha's direction, with complicated emotions writhing inside him. A small part of him hopes that she will save him again for the last time.

A bitter smile stretches into his lips. He shakes his head and ridicules his mind. 'Her?
