19| Chase the Black Van

I saw the man beat Isaac and his friend unconscious. I was so shocked that I couldn't even speak. I was too scared to even scream for help. The attack reminded me of the escapes I had been doing with my mother all this time.

It wasn't long before two more people appeared. They got out of a black van that I didn't realize had been parked there in the first place. They were a man and a woman wearing all black.

The three men carried Isaac and his friend, who had fainted, by taking them on their shoulders. As if their bodies are so light. The two men brought them as if carefree.

I could only be dumbfounded while tightly covering my mouth to not make a sound. I quickly hid in a public telephone booth that happened to be close to me.
