LUKE POV

My phone rang and I picked up and checked the caller ID, it was X that was calling. I rolled my eyes as I picked up the call.

"What's up?" I said into my phone and waited for her reply.

"Why haven't you completed the mission? I expected you to do away with her and her family in a week, but now it's been three weeks and nothing has happened." She complained and I frowned. She thought it was an easy thing to kill a whole family without anyone suspecting that it wasn't planned. I was being cautious and tactful. This mission was going to take a long time for me to accomplish It.

"I am still working on it, it's not as easy as you think," I told her rubbing the tip of my nose.

"You better act fast, the contractor is willing to pay more if you do the job fast." I folded my hand into a fist, I was angry that I was paid a small percentage of the initial money while the organisation took the bigger percentage when I was the one doing most of the work.
