Chapter 23— Fight between emotions and angry.

"What!" Before I could say anything, a tight slap on my cheeks caused me to freeze in place.

My eyes widened, and I turned to face Lyra as the sound of a slap rang in my ears.

I placed my hand on my cheek, staring at Lyra with wide eyes, and my cheek began to heat up like a burning stove.

I had absolutely no idea what had just happened.

"Do you want me to kill?" She yelled at the top of her lungs as she tightened her grip on my shoulder, shaking me up.

"After hanging out with Julian, have you started to think of yourself as a queen?" She grabbed my shoulders and pushed me hard while making me take five steps back
