Chapter Forty one

Natasha's POV

"What the hell took you so long?" Olivia whispered as I opened the door to our room. She stood from the bed, her face carrying something akin to irritation.

Typical Olivia with her short temper.

Closing the door behind me, I answered,

"I should be asking you, I was here earlier but left to go find Philip. Haven't seen him all day."

When I'd first arrived on the ground floor, it had been one hour before the time we were supposed to meet. After running out on Lorenzo once again, I'd decided to go find Philip and of course I had not been able to find him. I had asked the receptionist if she'd seen him and she shook her head, saying it was probably his day off.

I was a little relieved but I couldn't shake the feeling of something was wrong. I spent the rest of the hour in the backyard of the hotel behind the shrubs where nobody could accidentally bump into me.

"Oh, heard he was suspended or something." Olivia shrugged

"For how long?" I asked, confused by the new informatio
