Chapter Sixty Four

Natasha's POV

I stood at a considerable distance from the entrance of the diner that Lorenzo had just entered, my eyes darting around trying to find him.

Where was he? I wondered.

I had seen him walk into this diner with power and determination in his stride. From what I could see from so far away, he'd entered the kitchen area and had not returned since then and that had been thirty five minutes ago.

Just what was he doing and who had he come to see?

He'd said he'd deal with the gun man that had shot that poor waiter but in an ominous tone that made me think he was probably more than that billionaire CEO he claimed to be. After he'd received that phone call he'd stormed out but not before kissing me passionately.

I shook my head not wanting to think of all the activities we'd been involved in within the last twenty four hours.
