"Ambrose, please," I begged again.
He wasn't listening. He was angry.
Okay, I admit. I shouldn't have bothered him during his practice. Those poor guys got beaten up for making fun of him, and it was all my fault, but how would I know that he could kick all of their assess at once!
He threw me on the bed and looked down at me. "I don't appreciate you embarrassing me in front of my friends," he sneered. His eyes were hard.
