31. Anyone but him
Analyn POV
Bipolar. That's what he is.
One day he hates me. The other day he wanted to protect me. Why can't he make up his mind?
These thoughts ran through my head as he kissed me all over my body. Seeming not to care that we were both dripping wet, he set me on the bed and hovered over me. Heat built inside me as he licked and kissed me.
We had just got done making love in the tub, but he didn't care to stop, so now here we are.
In the morning, I woke up feeling sad.
I missed my old life with my father and my friends. I missed my old bedroom. My dad had called and texted me a few times, but it wasn't the same.
"You miss your father, huh?" Sylvia said as she braided my hair.
I gasped. "How did you know that?" I didn't tell her anything yet.
"Call it my strong intuition. You are not a prisoner, sweetheart. You can go see him whenever you want to," she said.

Analyn POV I was not prepared to see what I was about to see down there. Ambrose was crouched down on the floor on all fours. It broke my heart to see him look so vulnerable as he was drenched in sweat, panting like a dog. I stared at him in shock as I watched his eyes begin to change. His beautiful bright green eyes were changing into a different color. At first, I thought they were turning yellow, but they were glowing Amber. He had finally stopped screaming, but he was whimpering, letting me know that he was still in pain. I watched in horror as his face contorted and a long wolf's muzzle extended out in front of him. I could see his bones shifting inside his skin. It was as if there were giant ants crawling inside him.
