I was furious as I watched Analyn and Ambrose disappear into thin air.
What in the world was that? How did they do that?
I was a vampire and was able to move faster than many other beings, but I've never seen anyone open up a portal and vanish into thin air.
It was even more shocking when that alpha did the same thing.
I knew one thing for sure. Analyn was not a purebred human and Ambrose was not a purebred werewolf. They were something special and knowing that fact made me very angry.
"Where did they go?" Chloe cried when they were gone.
"It seems that they know how to open a portal," I said grimly.
"That's impossible! Werewolves and humans don't know how to do that. Only magical beings like...like..." Chloe searched for the right word.
