I think the salker/stranger is obsessed. she said he gave her a bad, uncomfortable feeling during their last interaction, so it's very weird she said she thought he was her fated. I can't wait to find out more about Carrie and what's going on with Annas issues with Octavia...she's a ting weird too.

I think they are fated. she implied she feels the electric shocks when they touch and is drawn to him. he also said his wolf calms around her and is drawn to her. I'm sure it's due to her wolf not being present they don't know for sure. they've also mentioned scent a lot between them.
