Chapter 33

I throw my hands up exasperatedly, "what do I follow." I yelled, getting annoyed. This witch loved to play with me and I wasn’t going to allow it today, I had more pressing issues to deal with. I was going to lose my damn mind if no care is taken.

The cat was at my feet again and this time it started walking, I guess I’m supposed to follow him and I did just that. I would follow anything but that normally but beggars can't be choosers.

We reach a small cottage at the top of the hill, the same place I fell from. I fought the urge to curse at the damn woman, I'd spent more than two hours walking around for nothing after she let me reach her the first time. She must have some dark magic hiding the cottage because I didn't see anything then.

"Knock three times and say your name, don't speak too loud." I nod my thanks at the old woman that materialized beside me but she wasn't there again. She really had to stop doing that.

He doesn’t care if he destroys his people as long as he gets his revenge. Narcissistic psychopath. No sociopath. Well written character. Terrible editing.
