Viona growled painfully. Eyes teared up as she thrashed her weight against the ground painfully. She wanted to run away but Rosamund's spell was too powerful.
Rosamund was a 200 years old witch, perfect in dark spells and could control any creatures with her spells. Her face beamed in happiness once she found Viona in her pathetic state.
Viona ignored the other smell and focused on Damien's fragment that was getting very closer. Her wolf panicked, afraid that Damien would become the next target of Rosamund.
She let herself came out like wildfire and pushed her powers all on surface. Pushing herself up from the ground, her wolf howled impatiently from inside and turned around to glare at the witch-- Rosamund.
Rosamund who didn't expect Viona to fight back was little surprised after her counterattack. Viona dodged her spell skillfully, growled at Rosamund before charging at her way to hit her.<
Damien came back inside the room to check on Viona's condition. She was asleep with a faint mark of tiredness on her face. Her hairs were sprawled across the pillow. The view was something that Damien adored much. Marcus's words rang inside his subconscious. If Viona was capable of handling a Witch's power, the fact only defined one possible thought. He didn't know his mate fully yet. Damien swallowed back those uncomfortable feelings inside his lungs. Making his way towards her bedside, he tucked on her body in a comfortable position. Viona groaned between her sleep and rolled on other side. As she felt Damien's palm on her stomach, she opened her eyes groggily. Finding her mate's disturbed expression, Viona muttered placing her palm onto him softly, " What's wrong, Alpha? Are.. you.. still worried? Look, I am safely back here." Damien gave her a soft smile. Squeezing her palm a litt
After they entered into the safe zone, only then Viona breathed in relief. Her sharp gaze still wandered around one more time before picking up her pace towards the shabby hut. Damien was right behind her, dwelled in his thoughts and a part of him felt uncomfortable when he smelled the strong flavour of witch materials. Holding his confusions inside his mind, he followed Viona until they stopped in front of the door. Much to his surprise, the shabby hut door cracked open upon their presence. Damien crooked his brows, scanned his gaze around wandering if any sensor was stationed here. But the decor and poor state of that door made it impossible to believe that there was any modern technological stuffs hidden there. Viona wasn't shock at all. She was very natural with this witch powers and entered into the hut casually. After going few steps, she finally spotted the woman, sitting across the ground with her herbs. Viona greeted in a friend
That's all, Viona needed to hear from Agatha. Her fears turned true. After all the complexions and a new start-off with Damien, this shit had needed to happen in her serene life. Her head buzzed with Agatha's words as she walked out of her little hut and followed her way towards Damien's car. Agatha couldn't speak much since mates were decided by moon goddess. She didn't had her hands on it. But she confirmed that her other mate had already learnt about her existence. " Are you okay, love?", Damien asked with concern as he pulled open the car for his lady. Something was off with her mood ever since she stepped out from Agatha's house. Viona forced a smile before hopping in, " Yes! I..I am just thinking about everything.. Your parents..That mysterious murder.." Damien replied going on the other side to take the driver seat, " I will wrap everything around my palms very soon. Yo
As much as Rosamund was shocked by the news, she found it justified later on. She was born with witch genes that made her invincible among the vampires and werewolves. Untill now, she believed that no one could defeat her except her family members until she met Viona. That rebellious Luna actually had the power of dodging her attack. No wonder! Her brother was attracted to her in every possible way! Rosamund wondered inside her thoughts until her mother once again let out a joyful growl, " I still can't believe that we are going to be the greatest clan that ever lived among vampires." Rosamund couldn't help herself from rolling her eyes. They just figured out the news and here she was already dreaming about having an heir. Putting her irritation aside, Rosamund interrupted trying to put some logics inside her mother's excited mind, " Oh Come on! Mother! Have you thought about brother Alaric? He is n
Viona walked into the Trevisan Mansion absentmindedly. Laughter from packs children snapped her thoughts back to reality. She gazed away, finding her pack children stalling around the house happily. After the bad days had gone, they finally accepted this hard working life. Viona felt contented from the bottom of her heart. She found it strange to think that how much this pack suddenly meant to her now. Even months ago, she was reluctant to spend a single day in this pack house. They were her family, her mate! Her happiness laid here in Trevisan Mansion! Her face clouded in darkness as soon as she remembered those warning from Agatha. Her second mate was already here around and could come to claim her at any time. She couldn't let it happen because Damien wasn't going to allow it ever. Viona stepped into her Alpha's room, saw him sitting in his office chair, drained out. There were remar
Damien was fast in finding their clothes. Although they were in heat a while back, their clothes were torn apart. After he passed the clothes to Viona, his sharp claws returned, wanting to rip the intruder's throat off. On the contrary, Viona seemed bit lost as soon as she realized something within her wolf. Her wolf wanted to find the intruder first before Damien could but why? The question was left behind her mind as Damien's voice laced out in warning, " I can smell him in the air. Viona, I want you to go back to the pack house and call others for me secretly. I believe that if I make a single noise, the intruder would run away." Damien let out a low, gutteral growl, sharpening his eyes around. His wolf was possessive around his mate. It didn't want any harm to fall on Viona. Viona pondered between her thoughts and spoke after regaining her rational thoughts, " Alpha, why don't I stay with you? What if there had been a
The atmosphere suddenly changed between them, carrying a tense interaction between them. Viona could feel that her wolf was getting comfortable under his touch. In a split of moment, she jerked taking her hands off from Alaric who was now dangerously close to her face. The atmosphere didn't last long as she heard howl of his mate, indicating to call his pack members.Viona's eyes grew large and she let out curse before dragging Alaric out of the hole impatiently. Her features grew tense since she knew that how bloodthirsty this blood moon pack member could be especially her mate who was a tornado, so clam before getting erupted like volcano. Alaric didn't want to leave her side but he could also detect several wolves steps on their way.Viona pushed him hard, pointing at the area behind them," Just go Alaric. Can't you feel that they are coming? Please leave now!"Groaning internally, Alaric sent one last glance to Viona before following her lead in differen
Damien ran downstairs, growling mentally at the piece of news that he heard just now. Viona followed him after a while, making her state presentable in front of her pack. They all were panicking, whispers erupted as soon as their Alpha appeared downstairs. Damien barked, shooting a deep glance around his pack members, " What happened?" Celeb spoke on behalf of their pack members. His forehead wrinkled as he came forward, his fist clenching around a paper. He dropped it on his Alpha and Damien furrowed, opening it up to read the unskilled writing. " I am coming for your pack, Damien!" Damien's eyes burnt in fire while Viona proceeded behind him, peeking down at the letter. Fuck! How dare he! Her wolf growled and lashed against the chain inside her. Her cannies were aching to drink someone's blood. How dare he threat the pack?
