Kira's POV

I am awakened from my nap by the sound of an explosion. My gaze snapped open and I quickly pushed myself to a sitting position. I looked around myself but couldn't find the source of the noise. The door of my chambers is kicked open and one of the men whom Killian had left to guard my door runs in, he has a panic-stricken expression on his face. " We need to go now!!"

" What? Where are we going?"

" The palace is under attack " Is the only thing he says to me before grabbing my hand and leading me out of the room.
