King Alpha' pov

He sipped his cup of wine happy that his plans worked out accordingly. Raphael all along wanted the fight to go this way. He vouches for the maid to win. It came at a dim minute when a thought came to him about the new reward he had set.

He never thought of allowing the winner if it wasn't because of his wolf's persistence. Rex didn't leave him to rest not until he carried out his wish.

All in all, Raphael was still glad that she won, that way he can finally know more about her. She was like the air he breath nowadays, her smile makes him want to smile, her eyes speaks many languages that he wish he can read her but she made it hard. It was as if there was a barrier blocking him from knowing her.

He knew nothing about her, her thinking was blocked from him. Everything about her was just so difficult to read but with the help of his close friend he'll find out why this is all happening.

A knock was heard.

" Come in," he said dropping the
