Chapter 46

We lay down on the bed wrapped in each other's arms. The only sound that could be heard was that of our breath. Raphael didn't go too far with the whole kissing thing. He understood that I wasn't ready for anything so he stopped without any complaints. 

Raphael played with my fingers as they were in his hold. Raphael, I've grown used to that name already. He insisted that should call him Raphael just like his family do and I was the happiest.

I needed to ask him how his day went. I don't want to look bad for not showing some kind of care.

I turned to face him resting my hands on his chest  " So tell me, what happened earlier? Did you get ambushed or something? "

Rafael's face turned to stone " You don't need to worry. We'll find a way to resolve whatever happened"
