Chapter 22 The Truth

(Hirre's POV).

Alejandro and I ran swiftly into the woods. Alejandro was silent the entire time as we reached the roadside where our car was located. When we took a few moments of rest, he turned to stare at me. I saw tears in his eyes, but this time, there was a little smile on his lips. Still, I could feel the pain he still felt at that moment.

"Harsha, you..."

"Never mind." I was going to ask Harsha to contact his wolf. That maybe that way, it would make it less painful for him. But better not to do that, it wouldn't be right...

"Hirre... thank you." Alejandro suddenly spoke, as he wore a sweet smile this time. I nodded my head in response and gave him a smile.
