I missed You

I gasped, blinking rapidly as the bright light above me flooded my vision. Unfamiliar faces peered back at me, and amidst them emerged a familiar figure, blocking the glare. It was Rain, grinning broadly. Startled, I momentarily mistook him for someone else, pushing him back as I swiftly sat up in bed.

It wasn't until the door opened and my parents walked in that I realized I had left Gasin's fantasy world. "I'm so sorry for pushing you," I apologized to Rain a few minutes after waking up. He nodded silently, leaning against the opposite wall, his gaze fixed on me.

Uncertain of his thoughts, I refrained from passing judgment, considering my abrupt action. It wasn't entirely my fault—I mistook him for the Rain in that other world.

"Please excuse us," my father's tone was stern towards Rain, leaving me curious about what had transpired while I slept. My father's glare at Rain caught my attention before Rain bowed his head and exited the room.
