“Thank you, Antonio,” I finish and walk out of the kitchen and I head to the dining room. Everyone is already seated and waiting for me. “Luna, thank you for making breakfast for us today,” my mother says. “Yes, darling. Everything looks delicious,” my father continues. Harlan looks at me and says, “You, tried but I can do better.” I laugh at that and he joins me.

“That is a funny joke, Harlan. We all know I am the better cook,” I tell him. “Sure, you are Luna,” he says sarcastically. I throw a napkin at him as I take my seat at the table.
