Chapter 13.

Darren's POV.

I was pissed that I got interrupted by my nephew, and it was for a matter I didn't want to talk about and wasn't ready yet.

They all wanted to talk about Laura, and her status as a rogue, the rules I made years ago, came hit me in the gut, I remembered saying there would be no exemption of any kind when dealing with rogues, yet I had a rogue mate and word passed around that I've been keeping a rogue without doing anything.

I planned to tell them she was my mate, yet I remembered my no exception rule.

I walked inside the meeting hall, I could see the elders already waiting, they all came, about 50 of them, normally only one person came and aired out his view, yet this must have been so serious for them, they all decided to come.

I kept my serious face that screamed, "don't fuck with me."
