Laura's POV.

I kept staring at his wound and I couldn't help but frown.

I was told the war was successful and there was no injury, so I didn't understand why I saw him clutching his ribs, I wasn't a healer, and the healer were drained so I heard, this made me feel invalid, I didn't know what to do for him, what will make it better, I kept looking at him, he smiled when he saw me and winced when I mistakenly applied pressure on his arms.

"Are you okay?" I asked and he nodded.

We reached the room and I turned around realizing that the blood was everywhere, his wound was getting worse than I could imagine.

"What happened?" I asked Dean and he sighed looking down.

"The war was successful so we thought my uncle killed the witch we thought of as the threat. We didn't expect to see a new witch, it was surprising." He sighed sitting down close to me and Darren.
