We had done our best to remain distracted all day. Done our rounds through pack. Observed the warriors training with Ryder. Discussed things further with Ryder. He was shocked to hear what had happened. But still wanted to continue on with his training, wanting to be as prepared as he could be. I had no reason to disagree with his logic on this, we need to be prepared, we could well be next on Night Shade Pack's path of destruction.

Trying to stay distracted had not exactly been as successful as I had hoped, my mind drifting so often I was far from focused.
