"Let's go" Logan muttered and gently led Hera towards the Exit of the training grounds.

Hera is confused.

'I have to go to the packhouse. Where is he taking me now? It's not like I don't want to go with him, but I am sure Alpha Alexander must have heard about my mistake of using Logan's given name in front of everyone, and he will be waiting to reprimand me about that.'

"Where are we going?" she asked him, trying to keep up with his long strides.

When Logan noticed that she is struggling to keep up with him, he stopped and turned around to face her. He lifted her up into his arms bridal style, much to her embarrassment. She wrapped her arms around his neck and rested her head on his shoulder.

"I can walk you know" she pointed out.

Logan grinned at her.

"I know baby girl. I feel like carrying you. If I keep touching you, then I can forget about what I am about to do" he muttered the last part with contempt.

Hera frowned.
