THE EARTH WITCHES COVEN
It was time to receive the news from their godmother. It's been over a week since she left and no news had been heard from her. They were all curious to know if all is well. All the witches gathered together in their secret place. Alora and Ariana were seated with the rest. As usual, there was murmuring among the witches, as they wait for Ella, the white witch of Ivory Coast. They needed an answer as soon as possible from their godmother. Rose, the black witch of Ivory Coast is gaining more ground and they are doomed to destruction if something is not done quickly. They were becoming impatient. The lives of their people are been wasted every day. They can't risk losing more lives anymore. Some of the elders put their heads together to choose someone who will represent them. Kate stood up. She is to stand as the spoke person for the rest of the witches. "Greetings to my fellow witches""Greetings to you, Kate"She turned to face Alora. "Alora, w"Isn't it strange to have new students in the middle of the term?" Jasmine thought. She wasn't the only one who told that way. Every other student thought that way too. To them, she has to be exceptional, just like Ryan. Talking of Ryan, Jasmine sees him as a pain in the neck and had refused to have anything to do with him, even after he had made friends with the rest. She still has, the belief he's up to no good. She tapped her fingers on the table. Anytime she thinks about Ryan, she tends to get furious. The new girl rolled her eyes as she walked past some of the students trying to get a seat for herself. Guys kept drooling over her. She glared at them and they quickly turned their faces away. There is something about this new girl that makes Jasmine think of herself. The aura, the attitude kinda look alike. As if reading her thought, Jabal turned. "Typical Jasmine" Jabal whispered, chuckling.Jasmine growled. Of course, Jabal had read her though. "Watch your tongue mister"
It's been two days since Ariana came to join the rest at school. She had tried as much as she can to get closer to Jasmine but she was adamant. She doesn't want to have anything to do with her and Ryan. And no matter how much she tries, the fact remains that Jasmine doesn't care about her. Unlike Jasmine, Jabal was easier to talk to. She never had to stress herself to get through him. The problem she had with him, was Ryan following him around. She couldn't get too close to him, with Ryan around. She wished he was strong-headed like Jasmine. While Ariana waited patiently for the perfect way to get through to Jasmine.at was time for lunch. Every student finds their way to the cafeteria except Ariana who feels comfortable staying in the class alone. Ryan left with Jabal, Alvin, and Beverly, while Jasmine found her way to the library. She needed to do a few things there. She wore her headphone to listen to music, as she found her way through the hallway. She bumped into someone,
Alora dropped them back at school, so they could take their car and go home. All through the drive back home, each of them was lost in his or her thought. They do not want to get involved in any fight with anybody, neither do they want the world to suffer for their cause. It's so confusing and surprising, how their lives had changed within a very short period. Their once normal lives are now tied to others and they have to decide to save the world. Getting home, they wanted to narrate everything that had happened to their dad. They felt he should know better than them, but decided against it when Jabal said they could handle the situation themselves, for now. To Jasmine, that was the first time Jabal is making a sensible decision. It isn't like she's trying to insult him but that's the truth. The rest of the day went slowly, as they tried to get involved in games and other things to keep their minds away from, Alora's talk.THE EARTH WITCHES COVENAlora had been tryi
Jasmine told Jabal everything Ariana had said and he accepted to visit Alora once more. When it was time to go home, they said goodbye to Beverly and Alvin and went to meet Jamal. After explaining everything to him, he also agreed to go with them. They headed for the car park and entered their car. They sent their driver home, after convincing him they needed to go alone. Jasmine was to drive. She could still remember the road to Alora's house. Jamal sat beside her and Jabal was in the backseat. She drove out of the school and soon, they were on the road to Alora's house. The atmosphere in the car was naturally silent. Jabal plugged his earpieces to listen to some music. While Jamal was starring outside the window. Jasmine was more concerned about getting to Alora's house quickly.**The car came to a halt and they all stepped out. Alora and Ariana were waiting outside for them. They all went inside. "You suddenly stopped coming to school, Alora. I've been worried ab
Ariana taught them to prevent their dad from reading their minds just in case he suspects any foul play. After coming to an agreement, Jamal and the twins returned home, to get ready for their journey. They will be skipping school for a week and some days to find out who they are. Knowing their real identity, as Ariana said is the first step to knowing what to do next. When they got home, they headed to their rooms to get ready. They will have to get everything ready before the sun goes down. They won't want to leave anything out, since it isn't a two to three days journey. They will keep a note for their dad, so he won't have to worry about them. After getting everything ready, they met in Jasmine's room to talk more about their journey. They sat down on the couch with a big bowl of popcorn and three glasses of fruit juice. Jabal shoved a few pieces of popcorn into his mouth, munching it. "So, what's our next step?" He asked"Before we say any other thing, do you trust Ariana?
Anderson was in his room when the twins and Jamal left the house. He had suspected they had plans but he never knew they were going to leave the house. He was on his way to the kitchen to get a glass of water. When he saw Jamal sneaking out of his room, into Jabal's room. He hid himself to see what was going on. He saw them come out of Jabal's room, as they head for Jasmine's. By the time they got to her door, already out of her room. He could hear them whisper to themselves. Without going to the kitchen again, he returned to his room and was by the window watching them sneaked into the car, not after giving the house the last look. He sighed as the car drove out of the compound. He wasn't sure where the twins were heading to and if they will be back before dusk but he suspected that they might have left to find answers about their identity. Although, he doesn't know why they wanted to find out more about their identity, and why they had decided to skip school, he was sure they won'
Alora brushed her hair backward in frustration. She sat down on the couch. Ella couldn't help but pace around. She was still in shock. She was shocked that Ariana could think of going to Alaska with the twins. What was she even thinking?. Doesn't she know the risk?. Alaska isn't a place for the weak. She groaned. They are still kids. How will they pass the riddles?. How will... "Don't you think we should go after them?" Alora asked, jolting Ella out of her thoughtElla groaned. "We can't"Alora sighed. She was as concerned as Ella was. She hissed. Why didn't she noticed this might be their plan?. Why didn't she noticed Alaska was their destination?. She had noticed their attitudes when she came out from the kitchen with their tea, yesterday. They had stopped talking when they saw her. Though she knew they were up to something, she never thought it would be to travel to Alaska. She sighed. "What should we do?"Ella sat down. "There is nothing we can do for now. We will
There was silence in the car, with everyone lost in their thought. What danger awaits them? they don't know. How big or disastrous the danger will be, is hidden from them. If they will survive the danger or not, that also they know nothing about. They couldn't stare at each other's faces. "Ari?. Ariana" a voice called. They shivered. Who could have called Ariana amid nowhere?. Does she know someone here and did not tell them?. Ariana was afraid too. She was sure she doesn't know anyone here. Maybe that's the sign of the danger that awaits them. She feels the very moment she answers, they might be doomed. "Ariana?" The voice called again. This time, it was louder. They exchanged glances. "Ari, it's Mira. I just want to know if you're safe"Ariana batted her lashes. It can't be Mira, right?. She doubted it could be. But the voice, it seems she knows the voice. The voice is beginning to sound more familiar. It was the voice she had grew up to love. The voice she had spent most of
