Ella and Alora were talking about their plans when the room suddenly became dark. Ella stood up to see what was going on, while Alora put on the candle. Ella's eyes widened in shock as she turned to face Alora. "We are under attack"

Alora blinked. That can't be. "Didn't Rose indicate their day of the attack?"

Ella nodded, walking closer to the table. She picked up the scroll they had received. "According to her message, it should be next week"

Alora stood up. "They lied to us"

They began to hear screams. Alora rushed to the window. "They are burning down houses"

Ella frowned. "I need to go outside or our coven members will be wasted"

"I will go with you"

"No, send a message to the rest of the council members. You all need to be safe. I will fight them alone"

Alora blinked. "I-i can't let you go out alone"

Ella smiled. "If I am captured, the members will need a leader and that's you". She gave Alora a stone. "It will keep you safe.
