It wasn’t a mating ball. At least not entirely and I only discovered it when the guards who had suddenly showed up at the forest, took me with them to meet their Alpha as according to them, I was an intruder.

A Rogue had infiltrated their pack and they had absolutely no idea. It would have been an honor to inform them of their stupidity if I didn’t have to keep it a secret that I had met the rogue and we had talked. But then again, I couldn’t overlook the fact that the Alpha of the MoonBorn pack was one of Alpha Tauren’s close allies who would surely know whatever he was planning.

The rogue appearing here shouldn’t be of any surprise to me.
